The authentic wamth of lived-in homes

My name is Silvia and the houses that I offer to my guests are those where I spent my childhood: Villa Lago, Villa Iris, Casette Breva and Tivano. Every one of these homes holds a unique story and moments of life lived in the warm embrace of a family that grew up just a few steps from the waters of Lake Como.  

 The big tank, still in the garden of Villa Lago, is an unforgettable symbol of my roots. My grandfather, a passionate fisherman, used to store there the day’s catch after his adventures on the lake with his rowboat. The name “I Laghee”, the inhabitants of the lake, those who live the lake with their traditions, comes from these precious memories and from the tank itself.

Villa Iris has the name of my dear aunt, and as she did, I also lived there for years. It is my creation, thought and furnished with care for every detail, as I like, to provide a comfortable and harmonious ambience, where you can feel at home.

I decided to rent these homes and transform them into holiday houses to keep the cozy and welcoming atmosphere alive, which I lived in my family. I wanted to add a touch of innovation and comfort, which are necessary nowadays, without losing the authenticity that makes these places so special. Each guest is invited to live a piece of my story and to experience the typical life on the shores of the lake, where past and present come together in harmony, creating a unique and unforgettable experience.
